If you’re interested in preventing bad breath, you need to brush twice a day, floss once a day, and rinse daily. To help you keep bad breath at bay, they is happy to share those secrets, which are:

-Choose your toothpaste wisely: Toothpaste can help freshen your breath by removing the bacteria and plaque that cause it. If you want the best results possible, choose to use a toothpaste that has a mint flavor or a paste that has the freshening power of mouthwash.

-Use a tongue scraper: Cleaning your tongue can help you fight bad breath, especially because bacteria live on the tongue and release an odor. Now, we all know brushing the tongue with the toothbrush can help, but using a tongue scraper throughout the day can help even more. This is because it can clean the tiny crevices of the tongue and eliminate the bacteria that live there.

-Drink more water: Keeping your mouth moist and staying hydrated can help you prevent bad breath because dry mouth is a major cause. So, keep a water bottle with you and sip on it throughout the day to keep bad breath at bay.
